All sessions are conducted via Zoom, recorded and sent to you within 24 hours. You will get the most out of the session as you watch the recording a few times.

Christy uses a pen and paper to help her understand the images and messages she receives. You will notice her doodling throughout the session. Sometimes she will receive pictures or words to show you on paper to illustrate a point.

It is best for you to remain quiet and listen fully to what is coming through. It takes a few moments for Christy to get the fullness of a name or a reference she is receiving. You may want to jump in and tell her the answer, but it’s best to let her receive it fully. She will ask you if she has something right or not.

The sessions generally last 45-60 minutes, but sometimes go a little longer.

Christy is a spiritual medium. Spirit guides and/or transitioned loved ones who come through, do so primarily to give you a spiritual, life-changing message.

Often, spirit guides come in addition to (or rather than) loved ones.

While it’s nice to hear from loved ones who have transitioned to the other side, their primary intention is to help you see the truth in any issue you are facing. They will come to illuminate these issues and answer your primary question.

Spirit guides and/or loved ones will give you certain things to do that will help you move forward in the direction of your soul’s purpose. This is the main benefit of the session. Everything you need to do to move forward in your life will be encapsulated in your reading.

Sometimes you are asking questions internally without consciously being aware of them. Loved ones/spirit guides will often answer these deeper questions.

Prior to conducting your session together, Christy asks that you formulate a question. This is something you want to know about your life.  It is something about the current drumbeat of what you are experiencing.  This is not a YES or NO question, nor is it a specific question.  It is not “Is this new person I just met the one for me?”  or “Should I sell my house and move to Paris?”.  The perfect question will come to you, do not worry about it.

The best way to prepare is to meditate once a day for the week preceding the session. You will receive a link to some wonderful guided meditations with your booking information.
